בלי להתחבר לחשבון, כל הנתונים שלך נשמרים במכשיר שלך בלבד. יש שני מקרים שבהם נתונים נשמרים גם בשרת, ורק אם בחרת בהם במפורש: התחברות לחשבון (כדי לגבות את הנתונים ולשחזר אותם בטלפון אחר), וצפייה חיה בסשן מסוים. אין באפליקציה פרסומות, אין כלי אנליטיקה ואין מעקב, והמידע לא נמכר לאף אחד.
סשנים, שמות שחקנים, סכומי כניסה וסיום, רשימת השחקנים הקבועה, ההיסטוריה והסטטיסטיקות, והתוצאות האישיות שלך ב"המעקב שלי" (כולל השם שבחרת לעצמך). כל אלה נשמרים באחסון המקומי של האפליקציה ולא נשלחים לשום מקום, מלבד המקרים שמתוארים בהמשך.
אפשר להתחבר לחשבון בשתי דרכים:
כשאתה מחובר, נשמרים בשרת:
המטרה היחידה היא לגבות את הנתונים, ולהחזיר אותם אליך אם תתקין את האפליקציה מחדש או תחליף טלפון. רק אתה יכול לגשת לנתונים של החשבון שלך.
לצורך אבטחת ההתחברות עם קוד: הקודים נשמרים רק בצורה מוצפנת חד-כיוונית (hash), ולא כטקסט קריא. כדי למנוע שימוש לרעה (למשל שליחת כמות גדולה של מיילים), נשמרים גם מונים של מספר השליחות, המקושרים לכתובת המייל ולכתובת הרשת (IP), גם הם בצורה מוצפנת חד-כיוונית בלבד.
רק כשאתה לוחץ על "שתף צפייה חיה" בסשן מסוים, הנתונים של אותו סשן (שם, תאריך, שמות שחקנים וסכומים) נשמרים בשרת, יחד עם מזהה של המכשיר או החשבון שפתח את השיתוף, כדי שרק הוא יוכל לעדכן או למחוק אותו. כל מי שיש לו את קוד הצפייה בן 6 התווים יכול לצפות בסשן, בלי אפשרות לערוך. אי אפשר לחפש סשנים משותפים או לראות רשימה שלהם. מאחר שהסשן כולל שמות של שחקנים אחרים, מומלץ לשתף את הקוד רק עם המשתתפים ובידיעתם. כשאתה צופה בסשן של אחר, נוצר עבורך מזהה אנונימי בלבד, ולא נשלח ממך שום מידע אישי.
הגורמים האלה משמשים כספקי שירות בלבד. המידע מוצפן בזמן ההעברה (HTTPS), ולא מועבר לאף גורם אחר.
אפשר למחוק נתונים בכל אחת מהדרכים הבאות:
אין תקופת שמירה נוספת אחרי המחיקה. הנתונים שנשמרים רק בטלפון שלך נשארים בו עד שתמחק אותם באפליקציה או תסיר את האפליקציה. התנתקות מהחשבון לא מוחקת נתונים, לא מהטלפון ולא מהשרת.
נתוני החשבון נשמרים כל עוד החשבון קיים. סשן משותף בצפייה חיה נשמר עד שהשיתוף מופסק או שהסשן נמחק.
רכישת Pro מתבצעת דרך App Store של Apple או Google Play, לפי הטלפון שלך. פרטי התשלום מוזנים אצלן בלבד, ואנחנו לא מקבלים אותם. האפליקציה רק בודקת מול החנות אם Pro נרכש, ושומרת את התשובה בטלפון. מידע על הרכישה לא נשלח לשרת שלנו.
כפתורי "שתף" פותחים את חלון השיתוף של הטלפון, ושולחים רק את הטקסט שמוצג לך, ורק לאפליקציה שאתה בוחר. קובץ הגיבוי נוצר במכשיר שלך, ונשמר או נשלח רק לאן שאתה בוחר.

Without an account, all data stays only on your device. Data is stored on a server only in two cases you explicitly choose: signing in to an account (to back up your data and restore it on another phone) and Live view of a specific session. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and data is never sold.
You can sign in with Google (we receive your email address and name) or with a one-time 6-digit code sent to your email from pokertracker.mail.app@gmail.com via Google's Gmail; the code is valid for 10 minutes and a single use. When signed in, the server stores your email address, an account ID, all your sessions (title, date, player names, amounts), your saved players list, and your My tracker results (results saved from a friend's session: title, date, view code and only your own buy-in, cash-out and result, with no other players' names or amounts; and results you entered by hand: date, name or place, amounts, result and note), solely to back them up and restore them for you. The name you chose for yourself in My tracker stays only on your phone. Only you can access your account's data. Sign-in codes are stored only as one-way hashes; to prevent abuse, send counters linked to the email address and network (IP) address are kept, also only as one-way hashes.
Only when you tap "Share live view", that session's title, date, player names and amounts are stored with an identifier of the device or account that started sharing, so only it can update or delete it. Anyone with the 6-character view code can view (not edit) it; shared sessions cannot be searched or listed. Viewers get an anonymous identifier only.
Pro is bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Payment details are entered only with them and we never receive them. The app only checks with the store whether Pro was bought and keeps the answer on your phone; no purchase information is sent to our server.
Google Firebase (accounts, backups and shared sessions), Netlify (the sign-in code service and this page) and Google Gmail (sending sign-in codes). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and not transferred to anyone else.
Nothing is kept after deletion. Account data is kept while the account exists. Data stored only on your phone stays there until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Signing out does not delete any data.
